LeBron Reacts On Anthony Davis Scoring Wild 50 Points Vs. Timberwolves

LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the rest of the team defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves. It was an incredible 142-125 win for the Los Angeles Lakers, and Davis was the most successful player on the team. He scored 50 points on 20/29 shooting, and also had seven rebounds. The former Pelican also had six assists, four steals and one blocked shot. The Minnesota Timberwolves didn’t have much luck last night at Staples Center.

Los Angeles is 21-3 at this point of the season, and the Timberwolves are 10-12. After the big win, King James talked to media members and discussed Davis’ first 50-point game with the team. according to him, Davis can do this and much more, so his teammates better give him the ball more often. Jeanie Buss and Rob Pelinka did an incredible job in the postseason.

Davis scored his points thanks to the help he got from Avery Bradley and DeMarcus Cousins. They pushed him to get 50 points.

Anthony Davis scores season-high 50 points

LeBron and Davis combined for 82 points in the game against Minnesota. This is the most by a Lakers duo since Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol. Bryant and Gasol combined for 92 points on February 2, 2009.

LeBron and the Lakers are making a step closer to the NBA playoffs. Last season, they missed the playoffs. The roster was packed with young players who got lost in the chaos of the regular season. Most of them were injured, and LeBron’s groin injury sealed the deal. The Lakers didn’t have any chance to make the playoffs, and the season was over for them. But, LeBron had enough time last summer to rest and prepare for the upcoming season. From what we can see, he prepared really well. He looks really good, and he is super healthy. Nothing will stop him and Davis from leading the team to the playoffs.

The Lakers haven’t won a title since Bryant’s era, and they need one badly. LeBron also needs a title, because he needs to convince his doubters that he still has so much to offer. He is far from washed. You can tell that by the way he dunks.
