Magic Johnson Shares Message To Kobe Bryant After Emotional NBA All-Star Game

The All-Star Game in Chicago was one big tribute to late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant. Chicago was on fire, and the NBA’s greats shared their thoughts and tributes to the Lakers legend. After the game, Magic Johnson took to Twitter to deliver his very special message for Kobe. The Black Mamba will always be in our minds. The game itself was full of emotions, and everyone cried. We lost a legend.

Johnson joined the NBA community in the latest tribute to Kobe.

“Kobe, we miss you and I hope we made you proud,” he wrote.

We believe Kobe was proud last night. He was probably watching from above. If you ask LeBron James about this, he will say that Kobe’s presence was felt throughout the game.

Magic Johnson and Kobe shared a special relationship. The former director of basketball operations passed the torch as franchise cornerstone to Kobe at a very early age. Kobe turned the Lakers into contenders, and Johnson respects him for this incredible success.

Magic Johnson really liked Kobe Bryant

That’s not the only thing Magic Johnson did last night. Before the players were announced and the game tipped off, the Hall of Famer took the stage and held a speech in honor of Kobe.

Johnson said that the NBA would never see another basketball player quite like Kobe. The Black Mamba scored 81 points in a game and scored 60 points in his last game. Let’s not forget that he won five titles. Johnson talked about this and much more.

He is really proud of Kobe’s contribution off the court. Millions of LA people live in the streets, and Kobe wanted to give them a home. His efforts are still here. He was helping these people every day.

Kobe was all about being an excellent father, husband, and filmmaker. He won an Oscar at a very young age. It’s so painful to list all the great things he did. The entire NBA family grieves. We lost a big man, and our hearts are broken.

It was an emotional night for everyone. There will be a public memorial for the Black Mamba on Feb. 24.
