Amazon has just added a former New England Patriots CB to their staff and the legendary player will join a popular broadcast. Aqib Talib is not the only NFL star to join Prime Video’s “Thursday Night Football” coverage. Andrew Whitworth and Talib will be part of the studio team as confirmed by several sources. Both are former All-Pros at cornerback and offensive tackle, respectively. Yes, they are also Super Bowl champions. So, what makes these two a good fit for Amazon’s broadcast? Their experience.

Talib, 36, spent an entire decade in the NFL. He played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Patriots, Denver Broncos, and Los Angeles Rams. The NFL world praised his authenticity and Talib was definitely turning heads as color commentator at Fox Sports. Will he have the same role at Amazon?
