This LeBron James Throwback On Twitter Has People In Hysterics

The NBA season is almost here, and coaches and players are getting ready for the big game. They had their media day duties and started off training camp. NBA players and fans are looking forward to watch some serious basketball. This is the real time to share throwbacks and remind ourselves with some of the golden moments of the past.

What about this Team USA video from the Beijing Olympics in 2008?

In 2008, Team USA was ready to dominate the competition. At the previous Olympics, our country got the Bronze medal in Athens. Argentina won Gold, and Italy won their Silver medal. We have the NBA, which means that players couldn’t get over the fact that the won Bronze.

The 2008 team was called the “redeem team.” It featured Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Chris Paul. This group defeated Argentina in the semifinals by 20 points and smashed Spain in the finals by winning 118-107.

They played the game hoping to win Gold, and had a lot of fun doing that. There’s a video of LeBron impersonating team captain Kobe Bryant.

LeBron has been a prankster, and Bryant is the elder statesmen among players like Bosh, Wade and James.

LeBron and Kobe has been part of the GOAT debate, but LeBron says it’s unfair.

“I think that’s unfair,” he said. “That’s going to be the only thing that’s unfair in this conversation we have today because I think at the end of the day, we are all different.

“Michael’s fans, Michael Jordan himself. Kobe fans, Kobe himself. LeBron fans, and LeBron himself. We’re all different on the simple fact that we all take different challenges, we’ve all had challenges, we’ve all had different courses, but the one thing that’s the same is that we would do anything to play this game of basketball every single day. Mike had his path, Mike was the greatest. Kobe had his path, Kobe was the greatest. I had my own path, hopefully someday someone will say I’m the greatest.”

Bryant is retired now, and LeBron is the greatest player of the NBA. That’s all.
